Polish-English speaking Customer Advisor Representative 

We are looking for bilingual Customer Advisors to join our team! You’ll be the difference between just an average or an exceptional customer experience.

The Profile:

- Your main language is Polish and you are fluent in English. 

- You are a resident in Greece (or willing to relocate to Greece before you start) and have high-speed internet.

- You have six months or more of customer service experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- You are able to recognize, apply and explain products or services knowledge.

- Computer savvy.

Your responsibilities:

- Answer incoming communications from customers. 

- Provide answers to resolve customers' issues.

- Be the point of contact for our accommodation partners.  

- Resolve fundamental questions and queries such as modifications to rooms, rates, availability, extranet tooling etc.

- Use the right tools, methods, and processes to provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

 - Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience.
